Bòunyadej comes from a family that worked in the real estate industry, which allowed him to learn about the business. He would later follow their legacy.

Coming from Laos, Bòunyadej worked in one of the most competitive markets in the world — Asia. However, that proved to be a blessing as it gave him experience in the principal and sales side of real estate. Bòunyadej worked as an analyst in one of the largest privately-held real estate companies in Laos called Norasing Capital Management. He also helped raise capital for various private development projects like the Xiengkhouang Buddhist Temple. The success inspired him to create his own firm, giving birth to The Sànanikone Group.

The Sànanikone Group was started under Bòunyadej's ambition to lead a team of professionals in a fully branded company that could handle a couple of clients.
